Enrique Muthuan came to NYC with a law degree under his belt and only a few words of English. "It had to be NYC", says Enrique "I could tell that something special brought me here, but it took me a while to realize it. My mother said years ago, "What kind of lawyer has a tattoo of a scorpion on his hand?" But I've never really thought of myself as a lawyer. I knew that I had a large sense of creativity and I was searching for new challenges".

Once in NYC, Enrique, who was already fascinated and involved in the fashion world, started experimenting with different materials brought directly from Argentina. The result was "Enrique Muthuan Jewelry," which over night became a full-time endeavor. Each piece of jewelry or accessory is hand-made with the best leather, horn, bronze, bone and silver.
